Hell, I got tired of what little I was getting on any type of requests. Therefore, sometimes I simply request to examine the documents and if time-feasible, go there to do so. Scanners that you can carry range from 50-200 dollars and work very well. One thought would be to find a law student who would be willing to do that for you, as your agent, and to email you the documents in pdf format. If he or she would do it for 35-50 dollars per request, that would save you some money. As well, it might result in a change in production costs since they really don't like people inspecting their records...... Public Safety Sorry I am so late to respond but have been away. They told me that they have to pay someone to sit with the tape while it copies--BS but that's their story and they are sticking to it. The last written logs I got cost $14.00 PER PAGE. I think we need to get some legislation on this because it is highway robbery (pun very much intended).
