Public Safety Date: Friday, March 11, 2005 9:31 AM I recently sent a subpoena to SC Dept of public Safety for a copy of the audio tape surrounding my client's arrest for DUI. I wanted two hours of the tape. They sent me a bill for $112.00 for the "costs" of making the copy. They say they cahrge $28.00 per hour to make the copies. Has anyone had this problem? They also charge $28.00 per day of the written log. Glad those Republicans did not raise taxes. Rauch
