For Non-Lawyers who support the goals and objectives of THE SOUTH CAROLINA ASSOCIATION OF CRIMINAL DEFENSE LAWYERS
Legal Assistant Membership in the Association shall be available to persons of integrity and good moral character whose duties and responsibilities are a part of, or contribute to, the defense of criminal cases. A Legal Assistant Member shall pay dues in an amount established by the Board of Directors. A Legal Assistant Member may not vote in any general membership meeting, or in any general membership election.
All new subscriptions will expire Sept 1, 2024
